Terms of Use
The terms for accessing our services, using AI and automation, and managing your account and purchases.
Effective and last updated: October 27, 2026
Website, platform, APIs and applications, including Logica Deck.
[email protected]1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to Rovemark, Inc.’s websites, hosted software, APIs and applications, including Logica Deck. By using a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that service. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
An executed order, enterprise agreement, data-processing agreement or product-specific terms take precedence for their subject matter when they conflict with these general terms. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. A product description does not replace a signed service commitment.
2. Eligibility, accounts and access
You must have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement and use services only for lawful, authorized purposes. The services are intended for professional and organizational use. Keep account information accurate, protect credentials and tell [email protected] about suspected compromise.
Workspace administrators manage membership, permissions, integrations and deployment settings. You remain responsible for actions initiated with your account or by agents you authorize, subject to applicable law. Logica Deck requires an authorized connection to an existing installation; downloading the app does not grant access to someone else’s workspace.
3. Service scope and availability
Features depend on your plan, credits, installation, device, permissions and third-party availability. Local, hosted and hybrid deployments can have different capabilities. Unless an applicable agreement provides otherwise, there is no guaranteed uptime or response time. We may maintain or change services and will provide notice of material changes where required.
Preview or experimental features may change or be withdrawn and may have limitations. You should maintain appropriate backups and a recovery process for important information and actions.
4. Your content and intellectual property
As between you and Rovemark, you retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Rovemark and the providers necessary for the requested service to host, process, transmit and display that content to deliver, secure and support the service under the applicable permissions and Privacy Policy. This permission is limited to those purposes and applicable retention obligations.
You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit information and instruct its processing. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, non-unique or subject to third-party rights; use does not guarantee ownership or legal protection. Rovemark and its licensors retain their rights in the software, brand and materials they provide, except as expressly granted by a license or agreement.
5. AI outputs, agents and automation
AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions or misleading statements. Check facts, code, calculations and important recommendations before relying on them. General AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Agents, routines, terminals and integrations can change files, send communications, spend credits or perform other external actions within their permissions. Configure scopes, approvals, spending limits and recovery measures appropriate to the task. Authorization of an agent is not proof that a task completed successfully; review the result and transaction receipts.
Do not use a service as the sole basis for a consequential decision about an individual without the review and safeguards required by law. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you provide and for reviewing results, without limiting responsibility that Rovemark cannot exclude by law.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, exploitation, harassment, infringement or unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information.
- Do not access systems or accounts without authorization, introduce malware, steal credentials, bypass access or billing controls, or interfere with other users or service availability.
- Do not use collection, browsing or integration features to evade lawful restrictions or rights. Respect applicable law, third-party terms and the permissions of connected accounts.
- Do not represent an agent as a person deceptively, publish unreviewed results as verified facts, or use automation to send unlawful spam or conduct prohibited surveillance.
- Do not resell access, misuse trials, circumvent usage limits or remove legal notices contrary to the applicable license. Security research must remain within authorization and avoid accessing others’ data.
7. External services and customer-operated installations
You or your administrator choose the external accounts, AI providers and tools to connect. Their fees, availability and terms may apply separately. Disconnecting an integration or revoking a token does not reverse actions already completed or delete copies retained by that provider.
For customer-operated installations, the operator is responsible for infrastructure, updates, backups, permissions and provider configuration unless an agreement assigns those tasks to Rovemark. Sovereign deployment options do not mean every third-party action is processed locally.
8. Trials, subscriptions, credits and billing
Prices, currency, taxes, included capacity and purchase terms are shown in the applicable offer or checkout. Review them before purchasing. The following conditions apply to the self-service SaaS offer; a separate agreement may provide different conditions.
- 7 days, up to 3,000 starting credits, no card required. The trial ends when its duration or usage limits are reached.
- A subscription starts after payment confirmation. It renews on the checkout cycle until canceled in the billing portal. The no-card trial does not automatically charge at its end.
- Paid plan credits renew monthly, including annual subscriptions, without rollover. Extra packages follow the expiry shown at purchase.
- Your subscription includes shared credits. Additional usage requires a purchase or authorized top-up.
- Top-up is optional and off by default. If enabled, it follows your package, trigger and monthly limit. Maximum spend is shown before saving.
- Your results remain available. Subscribe to start new operations.
- Existing accounts retain their purchased offer. Deployment, LógicaOS and consulting follow their separate contracts.
9. Cancellation, refunds and changes
You can cancel subscription renewal through the billing portal or contact support for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing cycle and applicable offer; it does not automatically delete your account or workspace data.
Refunds, withdrawal rights and corrections for billing errors follow applicable law and the purchase terms. Contact [email protected] with the transaction reference, without sending full card details. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Material changes to recurring prices or contract terms will be communicated before they take effect where required; paid rights already granted are not retroactively removed by a website edit.
10. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling, permissions, retention and data-rights requests and also applies to Logica Deck. Customers must provide appropriate notices and have authority to process information about other people.
Keep confidential material restricted to authorized participants and configured providers. Additional confidentiality and data-processing commitments in a signed agreement continue to apply. For privacy or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
Privacy Policy11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict an operation or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use or legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow correction; urgent security action may require immediate restriction.
You may stop using a service and request account deletion. Termination does not cancel valid amounts already owed, mandatory retention or provisions that by their nature continue. Export important information before access ends where the service permits; contact support if you need help.
12. Warranties and responsibility
We provide services with the care required by the applicable agreement and law. Except for express commitments and mandatory legal warranties, services and AI outputs are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Each party remains responsible for its acts and obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer rights. Any additional allocation or limitation of liability must be set out in the applicable service agreement.
13. Applicable law and disputes
For business relationships without a separate governing-law clause, these terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, subject to mandatory protections and rights that apply where you reside. This clause does not remove a consumer’s right to a competent local court or regulator.
First contact [email protected] with the issue and relevant reference so we can seek a resolution. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of collective rights is created by these terms. A signed agreement may contain a separate dispute-resolution provision, subject to applicable law.
14. Changes, notices and contact
The date on this page identifies this version. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required. New terms do not retroactively change completed purchases or waive rights already accrued. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the affected service and exercise applicable cancellation rights.
